GOODS TRACKING ADVICE

DES has the opportunity to improve the levels of customer service by notifying you when goods are being dispatched to you.

DES uses Riteway Transport to ship goods to you. In conjunction with Riteway we will now be able to email you the delivery details of goods we ship to you along with a link to Riteway's online tracking system, so you can monitor your order's progress once it has left our warehouse.

In order for us to notify you of your dispatch, can you please send us the email address of your purchasing officer, or the most appropriate person to be notified of goods dispatched for EACH of your delivery addresses. We have the facility to enter up to two email addresses into our system for each delivery address.
